"Destiny Alton is awesome to work with! She made insurance shopping QUICK AND EASY. She was professional, helpful, great at her job and didn't try to pressure me into anything. I have been with USAA for 25 years and never took a quote from anyone else for at least the last 10 years because USAA was always the best. Recently we added my 16 year old to our policy and decided to shop around to see what else is out there. Des compared the coverages between USAA and her Agency and made sure we had apples to apples coverage while saving me BIG $$$$! Frankly I was shocked at the size of the savings. I'd recommend you give her a call and check what she can do for you even if you think you already have good coverage, but ESPECIALLY if you have USAA and are suspicious you might be paying too much. Did I mention it's quick and easy? I shopped 5 different companies and she was the most affordable and easy to work with. Thanks Destiny, seriously appreciate your help."

"I had a policy written by Mike Mathers in Worthington, Ohio. A tenant backed a moving truck into a house I rent to them. State Farm did a "virtual" estimate for $1,521.08. The State Farm preferred provider submitted an estimate of $5,700+ to do the repair. State Farm said that was below my $6,000 deductible. Several months later I found the tenant's State Farm policy ALSO WRITTEN BY MIKE MATHERS. All that time MIKE MATHERS denied knowing anything about a policy he had written. Today a State Farm supervisor, Tamille Snow, tried to question MIKE MATHERS about the lies told to me. He denied to give her any information. One must wonder WHY THE LIES AND DENIALS?"
